Our responsibility is limited to providing the services as agreed upon in your proposal.

• Indirect Damages

  Legacy Publisher House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with our services.

• External Factors

  We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by third parties (e.g., publishing platforms, payment processors, internet service providers) or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

• Total Liability

  Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, regardless of the cause, shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.

Disputes and Legal Matters

These Terms are governed by and construed following the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Informal Resolution

  If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith informal discussion and negotiation.

• Binding Arbitration

  If informal resolution fails, any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, United States. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.

• Jurisdiction

  Both parties agree not to bring any claims in courts outside of the agreed-upon arbitration jurisdiction.
